Mejulia is currently in its launch preparation phase. We are building a pet problem solver brand for pet-loving homes in the United States and Canada.

This Shipping & Returns page explains our current launch status and the policy principles we intend to apply when Mejulia products become available for purchase.

1. Current launch status

Mejulia is currently collecting early interest, pet-home problem feedback, and launch notifications.

Products are not yet available for purchase through Mejulia.com unless clearly stated on an official product page.

If you submit an early access request, you are not placing an order and you will not be charged.

2. Future shipping focus

Mejulia is being built primarily for customers in the United States and Canada.

When products become available, each product page will provide relevant shipping information, which may include:

  • Available shipping regions
  • Estimated processing time
  • Estimated delivery time
  • Shipping cost, if applicable
  • Tracking availability, if applicable

3. Shipping times

When Mejulia begins accepting orders, we will aim to clearly communicate estimated shipping and delivery times before checkout.

If a specific shipping time is stated, we will use reasonable efforts to ship within that time. If no specific shipping time is stated, orders should generally ship within 30 days, unless we notify you of a delay and provide options as required by applicable law.

4. Order delays

If an order is delayed after purchase, we may contact you with an updated estimate.

Where required, you may have the option to accept the delay or cancel the order for a refund before shipment.

5. Address accuracy

When orders become available, customers will be responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Mejulia may not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns policy — launch phase

Because Mejulia is not currently selling products through this page, returns are not currently being processed.

Before products become available for purchase, Mejulia will publish clear return and refund details applicable to those products.

7. Future returns principles

When Mejulia begins selling products, our return policy may depend on the product type, supplier, hygiene considerations, condition of the item, and applicable law.

Future return rules may include requirements such as:

  • Returning the item within a stated return window
  • Returning the item unused or in acceptable condition
  • Providing order information or proof of purchase
  • Following return instructions provided by Mejulia

Final return details will be displayed before or at the time products become available for purchase.

We will review the case and provide next steps based on the product, supplier, shipping status, and applicable policy.

When refunds apply, they will generally be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise stated.

Refund timing may depend on payment processors, banks, and card issuers.
