What is the currency used for Mejulia?

All prices on Mejulia are listed in USD.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal for both local and international customers.

Shipping & Delivery :

Where do you ship to?

We ship both locally and to over 200 countries worldwide.

How long does shipping take?

  • Local orders: 8-15 business days for delivery. We ship within 2-5 business days.
  • International orders: 15-30 business days for delivery. We ship within 2-5 business days.

Note: Shipping times may vary based on location, shipping methods, and unforeseen factors.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING on some orders.

Are there any COVID-19 shipping delays?

Due to COVID-19, there may be unforeseen shipping delays, especially for destinations with restrictions.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking numbers are provided 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. You can track your order on our website at Track Your Order.

International Shipping & Taxes

Do you ship to India?

Unfortunately, we are not shipping to India due to COVID-19 restrictions.

What about international taxes?

International taxes may apply based on your country’s policies. Mejulia is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be incurred.

Orders & Cancellations

How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We will ship your package within 2-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After that, an administrative fee may apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you realize an address error, contact us at helpdesk@Mejulia.com within 6 hours. Once shipped, address changes are not possible, and no refund will be given.

Will all items in a multi-item order arrive together?

Some items may arrive separately due to packaging and shipping methods. If you receive part of your order, contact us at helpdesk@Mejulia.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

What if my package is lost?

Mejulia is not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address. If the package is lost due to an error on our part, we will take responsibility.

What happens if delivery attempts fail?

If delivery fails and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the shipping fees if you want it re-delivered.

Return & Refund Policy

Can I return an item?

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, returns are not accepted at this time, including sale items, discounted products, and opened items.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We offer a 100% store credit or a full refund for items damaged upon delivery. Proof of damage is required (photos or videos).

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges for any items, even if you change your mind or wish to select a different size, color, or model.
